Metal with a mission. Music with a message.
Resile is more than a metal band—we’re a cross-generational brotherhood united by grit, purpose, and the unshakable will to rise. Spanning Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z, our music fuses raw emotion, precision musicianship, and hard-hitting rhythms to tell the story of personal transformation through struggle.
At the core is Danny Wilkins, whose haunting melodies and gut-punch lyrics reflect a life reclaimed. After battling a 15-year drug addiction, Danny reprogrammed his mind, envisioned a better future, and now writes from a place of hard-earned clarity and resilience. His voice carries the weight of experience—and his words resonate with anyone who’s had to claw their way out of darkness.
Dave May, Army veteran and veteran of the Colorado music scene, brings lightning lead guitar work that cuts through each track with both surgical precision and modern metal edge. His tone and feel give Resile its undeniable bite.
Holding down the low end is Kevin “RumbleBass” Love, a seasoned bassist whose decades of experience fuel the band’s thick, dynamic sound.
Kevin's son, Isaac Love, now just 17, commands the drums with the discipline of a veteran—having started at age 6. His double-kick patterns and intricate rhythms drive the pulse of our heaviest moments.
On rhythm guitar, Phil Welch brings over 20 years of songwriting expertise. His riffs and structures are the architectural backbone of our sound—grounding every track in solid, emotive storytelling.
We write songs for the outcasts, the fighters, the ones still crawling through hell or clawing their way back. Every note we play and every lyric we write is meant to uplift the broken, empower the resilient, and awaken the fire within.
This is Resile.
This is the sound of survival.
